In Loving Memory of Pastor LeRoy Jackson
February 21, 1978 - September 16, 2025
Co-Founder and Senior Pastor of The Red City Church (The Redemption City Worship Center)
Pastor LeRoy Jackson was the Co-Founder and Senior Pastor of The Redemption City Worship Center, also known as The Red City Church, which he established alongside his wife, Pastor Ebony Jackson. Together, they built a ministry rooted in truth, restoration, and the transformative power of God.
Before founding Red City, he faithfully served as Senior Pastor of The Apostolic Life Center Church in Marvell, Arkansas, where his leadership and commitment to the Word of God impacted many lives.
Pastor Jackson was known for his strong preaching, his passion for developing leaders, and his ability to counsel and guide people with wisdom and compassion. He carried a deep burden to lead a church where biblical truth was not only taught, but embraced—where people genuinely cared for one another and were committed to connecting others to the body of Christ.
He took worship and the Word of God seriously. He devoted the early hours of his days to studying Scripture, preparing himself to rightly divide the Word and pour into God’s people with clarity, conviction, and power.
Through Pastor LDJ Ministries, he taught, developed, and inspired others to grow deeper in their relationship with God. His voice, his teachings, and his impact continue to live on.
Pastor Jackson was also an author. His book, Accessing The Glory: A Guide to Welcoming God’s Glory in Every Gathering, continues to bless and impact lives.

He was a man of wisdom, discipline, and vision. He was also a devoted husband to his wife, Ebony, and a loving father to their children, Terrell (Tyesha) and Amarrie.
On September 16, 2025, Pastor LeRoy Jackson transitioned from this life, but his legacy remains. The foundation he helped build, the lives he touched, and the vision he carried continue to live on through The Red City Church.
His work still speaks. His impact still stands. And his legacy continues.
“Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord… that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.” – Revelation 14:13 (KJV)
